- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security
- Our chat-assistant provider — to operate the website assistant, if you choose to use it
We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority (for example UAE Civil Defence or a court).
International transfer
Some providers process data on servers outside the UAE — for example, our email is processed via Amazon Web Services in the United States. Where your data is transferred abroad we rely on your consent and take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you, to provide any services that follow, and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
